We have many birthday party options, with all proceeds going straight into our programs, benefiting thousands of local children and youth with after-school, summer camps and other healthy development programs!

Adventure Rock Climbing – $275.00 + HST (ages 6+)

  • Participants must be at least 6 years old to use the rock climbing wall
  • Maximum of 10 participants
  • Use of rock climbing wall and equipment
  • Use of gym
  • Use of party room
  • 2 Staff to run all activities

Laser Tag & Gaming Mania – $275.00 + HST

  • Maximum of 15 participants
  • Use of all gaming equipment (Nintendo Switch, PS4, Wii, Arcade Basketball Foosball, Laser Tag)
  • Use of gym
  • Use of party room
  • 2 Staff to run all activities

Creative Crafting- $275.00 + HST

  • Maximum 15 participants
  • Use of any available gym equipment
  • Arts and Crafts activity will be provided

Kids In the Kitchen – $300.00 + HST (ages 6+)

  • Participants must be at least 6 years old
  • Maximum of 10 participants
  • All ingredients provided for selected cooking activity with facilitation from staff

Inflatable Balooza

  • Only available on Sunday’s 
  • Maximum 15 participants
  • Use of large obstacle course inflatable
  • Option to add additional slide inflatable ($50)

Birthday Party Information
Booking Policy & Fee Structure

Parties must be paid in full at the time of booking. If you would like to cancel your party book, then BGC Brantford must be notified a minimum of 7 days in advance for a full refund. If 7 days notice is not provided, no refund will be issued. All fees include rental of the facility for 2 hours, use of tables and chairs, supervision of party participants on climbing wall (if applicable), access to sporting equipment (balls, floor hockey, etc.) and clean up. Dates and times may be rescheduled at the discretion of BGC Brantford.

All BGC Brantford staff are first aid certified. BGC Brantford staff shall be responsible for the supervision of participants on the climbing wall/gaming room/kitchen/gym only. BGC Brantford is not responsible for supervision of participants in the party room. Party hosts are responsible for supervision at all other times including but not limited to eating, bathrooms and any other time.

 

1.            All bookings must be approved by BGC Brantford – Once approval is sent, an invoice will be emailed and payment is due immediately.

2.            Any changes or additions to your party must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the party date.

3.            No party shall be considered booked until full payment is received by BGC Brantford.

4.            Party hosts shall have access to the party room 30 minutes prior to party times. Guests should arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of the party and party hosts agree that all party guests exit the facility no more than 10 minutes after the conclusion of their 2 hour rental

5.            All children should be picked up promptly at the end of the party. The host is responsible for all children associated with their party rental. BGC Brantford are not responsible for ensuring that participants are picked up.

6.            BGC Brantford is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

7.            Rental groups shall be financially accountable for any unforeseen expenses incurred by BGC Brantford resulting from misuse or negligence on the part of the rental group and/or guest.

8.            BGC Brantford shall have the right to suspend any rental for any reason.

Time In & Time Out

Rental group will be allowed access to the party room 30 minutes prior to rental for set up.

Rental group must exit facility with all belongings no more than 10 minutes after party conclusion.

Access to Area(s)

All groups must enter and exit the building from the main doors only.

There will be no access to any other areas of the Club at any time.

Set Up & Clean Up

BGC staff will clean up after your party. It is expected that parents will monitor party guests and not allow excess mess to occur. Staff members’ main responsibilities will be focused towards party guests having a safe and fun experience.

  • No outdoor footwear permitted in the facility (all party guests must bring a change of shoes)
  • No silly string, confetti, rice or sparklers are permitted in the facility
  • Party host is expected to clean/remove all party decorations and supplies
  • BGCB staff will sanitize tables, floor and dispose of any garbage bags
  • All party rooms are supplied with a garbage can
