Are all party packages available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays?
Fridays & Saturdays: Creative Crafting, Laser Tag & Games, and Rock Wall packages are available.
Sundays: Only the Inflatable Balooza package is available.
Why can’t I pay when I book?
Your reservation must be approved first. Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice by email.
When is payment due?
Payment is due one month before your party date.
How many kids can attend?
Laser Tag & Games, Inflatable Balooza, Creative Crafting: Max 15 kids
Rock Wall: Max 10 kids
Are adults included in the guest limit?
No. Adults are welcome but not counted in the 10/15 kid limit.
Can I invite more than the limit?
Yes, but additional fees apply. Please contact Shelley Ayres at 519-752-2964 ext. 111
When can I set up?
You can arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time.
When do I need to leave?
Please vacate your party room within 15 minutes after your booking ends.
Can I decorate the party room?
Yes! You may bring:
Balloons, banners, tablecloths, etc. Tape or sticky tack (not provided)
Please keep decorations in the party room and take them down after the party.
Can I bring a piñata?
Yes. Bring your own: hanging device (like a broomstick) and stick to hit the piñata
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, but all food and beverages must stay in your party room.
Can I have pizza delivered?
Yes! Nearby delivery options: Pizzaville & Maria’s West
Is there a fridge/freezer?
No fridge/freezer in the party room. If needed, staff can store your items in our kitchen.
What do staff do during the party?
Staff supervise program areas and run the booked activities (crafts, games, etc.).
Is the gym included in all packages?
Yes!
*For Inflatable Balooza, the gym is only available after inflatables are deflated.
Can I request a specific gym activity?
Yes. Let staff know at check-in or contact Shelley Ayres ahead of time.
Laser Tag & Games: Ages 5+ (younger kids may not reach all equipment)
Rock Wall: Ages 6+ (under 6 can use the gym but not the wall)
Inflatable Balooza: Ages 4+ (under 4 may need parental help)
Creative Crafting: Ages 4+
Do guests need waivers?
Yes – for Inflatable and Rock Wall parties only.
Waivers will be ready when you arrive.
What should kids wear on inflatables?
Bare feet or grip socks only.
