A membership application form must be completed and signed by a parent/legal guardian. Those individuals purchasing a Student Membership over the age of 18 years are still required to fill out an application, but can sign the form themselves.

Membership Cards MUST BE:

Worn or submitted to reception desk at all times when in facility

Required to board Club vehicles

A fee of $4.41 will be charged for a replacement card

A MEDICAL EXAMINATION IS ADVISED FOR MEMBERS BEFORE PARTICIPATION IN ANY CLUB PHYSICAL PROGRAM.
